PROJECTS
Graduate Level Course Work
In a graduate-level course, I established an IMC campaign for La Marca Prosecco. This was a strategic approach to delivering a unified and consistent message across multiple marketing channels. It combined tools like advertising, public relations, social media, content marketing, and sales promotions to create a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with my target audience. My goal was to ensure all communication efforts reinforce the same brand identity and message, driving engagement and fostering brand loyalty. I created a campaign idea titled “Make Every Moment Special”, personalizing prosecco bottles. The link to the full plan is found here.
I gained theoretical and hands-on expirence in visual communication methods in a Design and Visual Thinking graduate-level course at the University of Mississippi. The highlight was a branding project where students designed a company and product. My creation, XFrizz—an anti-frizz haircare brand, came to life using Cinema 4D and Adobe Creative Suites.
Throughout this project, I created packaging, die-cuts, branding images, social media content, and 4D content. Examples of the work in the project are shown as well as a link to the final presentation here.
In my IMC 551 course, I worked with a team to create a 2025 content marketing plan for Ole Miss. We conducted a situational analysis to identify challenges, set clear objectives and built audience personas to guide our strategy. Our plan included key content pillars, tailored ideas for different channels, and mock-ups for social media and email campaigns. We also developed a monthly content schedule, a promotion strategy using organic, paid, and SEO tactics, and outlined metrics to evaluate success. This project showcased my skills in strategic planning, creativity, and teamwork and is linked here.
In my IMC 580 class, my group and I collaborated on a project to plan a hypothetical Fourth of July-themed outdoor event. The goal was to design a full day of community activities, including races, live music, food vendors, kids' activities, and interactive event activations, all centered around creating a festive atmosphere. For the project, we developed a Spark page with a detailed event schedule, created a mock budget, coordinated volunteer roles, selected catering and music options, and built a content calendar to promote the event. This assignment allowed me to apply event planning, organizational, and creative skills in a collaborative, real-world scenario. Here is the link to the deck for the presentation.
Undergraduate Level Course Work
In my Strategic Brand Management class, my group worked on a project for a Mississippi-based fishing pole company, where we conducted an in-depth brand strategy analysis and presented our recommendations to the client. The project involved a comprehensive analysis, including a brand audit, customer segmentation, competitor research, SWOT analysis, and defining the brand's essence, personality, and positioning. To guide the company’s growth, we proposed actionable steps to achieve their desired brand image and prioritized key brand vision elements. This project honed my skills in strategic branding and client collaboration. A link to that presentation is here.
